Krka National Park, one of the most beautiful Croatian natural gems with stunning waterfalls and trails, adjusts its opening hours during the Christmas and New Year holidays to ensure a pleasant visit while respecting the holidays.
Special holiday opening hours:
- December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve): The park is open with reduced hours, from 9:00 to 12:00.
- December 25 (Christmas Day) and December 26 (St. Stephen’s Day): The park is closed to visitors.
- January 1 (New Year’s Day): The park is open, but only via the Lozovac entrance.
On other days in December and January, the park operates standard winter hours – from 9:00 to 16:00. This is an ideal period for a quieter visit, without summer crowds, when you can enjoy the winter magic of the Krka River, Visovac Island, waterfalls, and educational trails.
Additional notes for visitors:
- Visit to the Oziđana Cave is possible only with prior announcement.
- The electric vehicle charging station at the Lozovac entrance is currently not available.
